The Illincians have a vast culture , some parts of witch has been directly inherited from the Galagian Empire as Ilincia now known as The Illincian Empire had been under the rool of Galagians until 400 years ago. However this did not stop the Illincians from creating their own. Their literature is an important part of this aspect.
